| Out of sheer boredom, I google searched "Tizzlebot". I found that the only thing that comes up was this xanga. Then I spotted 3 comments from HaBaRu saying things like "Update you SOB". So update I did.
It's not much of a post - and i probably wont be making any more in the near future, but for you HaBaRu - i update.
Lets see- i graduated. i'll be living in Beverly for the next year. got no job. got no money. got a car though. Um... I guess that's about it.
| This is most strange. I am laying on a sleeping bag on the floor in my room. There is a pillow next to me and a computer at my fingertips. A guitar, a photo album, and a bag of recycling in one corner, and my fishtank in another. With the exception of 2 boxes that are in Fulton storage and the stuff I just listed, everything that I own is 9 hours south of me in my new home.

| it has recently been brought to my attention that i live in a fantasy world.
when asked "if you could be anywhere in the world right now, with any one person, where would you be, who would it be, what would you be doing?" - i answered, "The moon. with an astronaut, because he would know what he was doing. And we would be playing golf."
when asked, "what is your dream car" - my confident response was, "the batmobile".
aside from the hypothetical situations - my real life experiences this summer have been no less surreal. I think I honestly do live in a fantasy world, at least during the summer months. Just a quick taste of where this week has taken me: spent a few days at our new house in North Carolina, which is amazing - we took the boat out twice. that place is unreal. then i drove north and stopped in Roanoke, Virginia for lunch at Nina's house. Then drove to Washington DC and walked around there for 2 hours. Made my way up to Philadelphia and visited a friend's apartment there, then back to NJ by 3am.
tomorrow i will be at Gordon visiting friends and saturday i will be horseback riding in vermont. then taking the Chinatown bus from Boston to New York sometime near the beginning of the week. how unreal is this life i'm living??

| college is when you cook ramen noodles in a hotpot that you found in the bathroom and you had to wash the noodles out from last time. then, you use a bowl that you also found in the bathroom to put your noodles in. then, you use a plastic fork that you found in the bathroom to stir your noodles. then the plastic fork melts into something resembling a spork because it can't handle the heat. then when you sit down to eat your noodles, a guy from across the hall throws a bag of hair into your noodles. You then make him eat all the hairy parts, and finish the rest yourself. | | |
| Today i bring you a more positive post:
The David Ells Trio played the Lead Retreat tonight in New Hampshire and we had a good time. But the absolute highlight of the night was after we were done, Barry Loy asked if he could play a little on drums. So we wound up jamming with Barry Loy - and then played James Brown's, "I Feel Good" with your favorite Dean of Students on drums.
Good night xanga world.
